I should subtitle this post, “If I knew about this, I wouldn’t have spent $60 on the Zumba DVDs!”
I’ve been on the hunt for home exercises that won’t cost me a lot of money. I have my Zumba DVDs, but I have them packed away in storage until I move to Florida permanently in January. I don’t have cable or satellite television because it’s not a good return on investment. YouTube to the rescue!!
I found a few great exercise videos to follow on YouTube:
Zumba by WestfieldIns
I really liked this video because she spends time showing you how to do the exercises.
Varzesh (Persian Zumba) by persianhaha
This one is a LOT of fun, plus I really like the music. It really makes me want to move. The other thing I like about this video is the participants are of different fitness levels, so if there’s something that I can’t do, I can follow another exerciser in the video.
These two people get two thumbs up from me for coming up with great exercises available to anyone for free! What’s nice about this is it contains NUMEROUS videos of all fitness levels and all fitness styles, so I’m never bored. If I’m not feeling too well, I can do an easy exercise, but if I’m ready for a challenge, I’ll do a more challenging workout. I have a huge selection.
So that’s my list. I think that I’ll be doing a little Persian Zumba tonight…
